I know that it dosn't solve all problems but why ask the security question? We have to have access to the e-mail account to click the link to input the answer. If someone has access to our e-mail accounts don't we have other things to worie about than what is your pet's name. or what not. Most people have passwords that they remeber and never expect to have an issue with it, and honestly if we put real information in there anyone who knows us can change our password vs knowing our password. I think temparly removeing the securiity question to get pass this problem will reduce the number of requests you have to deal with.

The security question gives us extra assurance that you are who you say you are. It's not uncommon for people to call in asking for changes to accounts, and the security question is the best way for us to validate that they are the account holder. It's for your protection.
We're in the process of creating a web-based option to validate your account in ways other than the security question. It should be deployed tonight, and as soon as it is I'll make an announcement.
