Island Black Hole

Greetings,

What must one do to receive a response from Linden Lab (Cyn or otherwise) regarding a pending island order? I have yet to see an update on this blog post:

My island order, which will eventually host a corporate pavilion, has been pending for over a month. I have left messages and emails with Cyn and others at Linden Lab, but with no acknowledgement, whatsoever. I am receiving email "read receipts," so I know that someone is at least opening my email messages. The fact that I represent a well-known Silicon Valley tech firm seems to elicit no special treatment, either.

What gives?
