It's been said in both the blog adn in these forums time and again, Linden needs to institute a setup where the account page and the log in use two seperate pasweords and two different enocding systems. you are using a large pool of open source software to drive and encode this stuf, Even the browser you instituted on the F1 help is open source. How hard is it to hack something that anyone can get the source code to? Answer....it is simple. As far as the credit card info being encrypted, if sopmeone can hack your security then how hard can it be for them to break the encryption? answer again is simple. Also your pasword change page is very bugy as I gave the same answer it said was wrong repeatedly and it finally alowed me in. I call once again for Linden to ahve 24/7 phone suport, and 24/7 live chat support, and actually SHOW your customers you care. Because so far the showing by Linden support is the absolute WORST in the industry, and that's prety bad as being a tehcie for over 20 years I ahve seen some pretty crappy support. You got devs who want to bust thier butts fixing the bugy client yet they get pulled of to ad yet more new broken featuyres and add to an ever growing pile of bugs which your support people then choose to be rude about and not take people completely through the support proces til a viable conclusion is reached. You've got people who work phone suport who call people liars and/or ignorant then hang up on them. Sorry but you guys need to revamp your sytem and your way of handling support totally.
