A question regading 'not for profit' islands

I notice that, following this suicidal price increase, you are not changing the lower prices that are avialable to verified charitable organisations for an island.

Can you please explain why this is so? Presumably you still make a profit even at the reduced prices, otherwise you wouldn't be doing it, so why are you putting the regular prices up?

Also, why are these lower prices not available to individuals like myself who would love to establish something for fun, and not for commercial purposes.

Most of these 'charity islands' will be cut off and unaccessable to the main grid, so the general population don't get to see them and enjoy them.

Most of the remaining islands are commercially orientated - malls, gaming, clubs, casinos, or residential, where the owner's sole aim is to make a nice profit out of other people being there.

When - if - do you ever plan to do something to benefit the regular users who are here building our world, our imagination, so that you guys up at the Lab can showcase our creations and show what can be achieved - whilst doing pretty much nothing yourself.

Your biggest resource available to you is keen players... yet you constantly dump on us. Why is that?
