Terms of Service? Today?

I dont get it - the day before Thanksgiving, you roll out a new TOS?

No posting in the blog about it?

The TOS mentions something about sections being highlighted, and then they aren't?

Didn't it occur to anyone that rolling this out the day before the staff takes a Thanksgiving break was problematic? Of course people are going to have questions about it. This is the sort of thing that you do on a Monday, and then you make yourself especially available the next few days to handle the inevitable questions.
