why is the blog not up to date?

why cant status or the blog give us a true picture of what is goingon. the last entry is the 2nd and the grid is down today the 3rd and no reason why sl was down. as a customer i am paying for this service paying to play this game with real money so why is the blog never updated and never updated with pertinient information like why sl is down?
