guys i get this weird message

guys i keep getting this message when i try to upgrade my account to Premium - Quarterly

An error occured while processing your request:
• The system encountered an error while processing your credit card information, please try again.


I already emailed that billing thing but they havent replyed yet any help??

Charlie, sorry that you're having trouble with your account, emailing (or calling) billing is the best way to handle this type of situation. The contact information is copied below:

Billing Issues: All questions or problems related to Second Life Accounts, Land Use Levels or Fees, Monthly Billing, Account Conversions, or Auctions should be directed to billing.
