So I'm assuming that because of the downtime the keynote speeches of the birthday celebration were postponed. Any word yet when these speeches will actually take place?

Hi Vannevar (reminds me of one of my heroes, V. Bush), Philip recently started his speech at the four corners--Fortuna (255, 255, 46) after the earlier problems. Sorry about the postponement, I know it mixed things up.
