panel_toolbar.xml - where did go? it was my friend. :(

Up till lately there was a file called panel_toolbar.xml in the app_settings folder.

It appears to not exist any more, after a uninstall and clean install of SL.

What is the cause for this?

Now if I could just remember what it was I wanted to do.

Oh yeah, I was gonna see what commenting out or removing the tooltips or setting the tooltip text to "" would do.

xml UI files were moved to: SecondLife\skins\xui\en-us
