Is there a way you give someone access to collect cash on land if you make group and turn it on so its a restricted area unless you pay?
EXAMPLE:
Fred owns the land and rents it to John
John cant collect cash unless he is a officer (unless im wrong) which gives him power to sell the land.
Is there any way around this?

It's not clear where the L$ is coming from--but in a nutshell, you can't do this presently.
*However*, in the new Groups system coming up in the near future, yes, group L$ such as payouts from group-owned objects CAN be limited to certain Members in a Role (which can be equivalent to Officer, or just about anything you choose).
