When the new version of SL was introduced I kept locking and crashing..
when the last update came I had no touble... for four hours.
I was about to send you my congratulations when a lag monster sprang on my back and I fell in a crash pit...
the next two hours I crashed four or five times.
Lag is ruining my SL experiance, can you please asure me that the new update will at least in part be aimed at greater stability... and will set out a few new traps for the lag monsters.

Regards Jonathan ( looking back nerviosly over sholder )

I'm also disappointed to hear about your harsh experiences, Jonathan. :( I take it you mean Second Life 1.10.x is when the problems started for you? Since you've been crashing, I hope you've been sending in crash reports--we're combing through those to get more clues.

You didn't say what you already tried too, e.g. updating graphics card drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling SL, specifically what kind of lag (Lee has good info on this here), etc.

What I'd recommend is to please post in Technical Issues with more details, and you can always contact our helpful Support Lindens.

There's going to be more updates for stability and trap those lag monsters, yes! Please help us help you. :)
