Have any of you Lindens noticed how many ISSUES this new update is CAUSING? I mean if you really are telling the truth and saying thast you read the bug reports AND you actually READ these threads. Shouldn't you be closing the grid for SL and trying to FIX THE PROBLEM??? It's not that difficult really. Everything I just said is common sense...
I mean if the costant crashing from the griefers isn't bad enough... Now the update is making the majority of the SL population leave SL. And I bet a lot of those people pay you too. And that shows bad customer service

And I already know what is going to happen in to this thread.... and so... I rest my case before it's even replied to...

P.S- Do you guys really 'report it' and are 'on it'? Doesn't feel like it :\

Ices - have you tried emailing support? If so I can't find any tickets there, so perhaps you could let me know the ticket number so we can track it down and help you out. Otherwise you can call us tomorrow, toll free, at 800/860-6990 and we can help you out on the phone.

Also, please make sure that your crash reports are being sent to us (you can set them to send automatically in the preferences menu under Edit inworld, or on your log in page). The more information we get, the faster we can address the problems.
