I am sorry but this one has me thoroughly ticked. I can not download more than today's transaction history. I try to do this at least once a month to maintain the books on the sim. First of all.. you do not allow more than 30 days history. So, if I do it on the last day of the month, I lose a day.
At the end of last month, I downloaded the transactions and saved to disk. Guess what, I went to retrieve them today and it only listed one day. So, I figured the first 7 days of last month were lost...my loss..lesson learned. I have tried 4 times today to get the rest of the month downloaded and saved. No matter how many ways I specify the period of recovery or what method I use, it will NOT save more than the current day. It did fine for November so I don't think it is me. Especially since I have explored each method listed several times in the last week.
This is lost data.
1. How can I go back further than a month to retrieve transactions?
2. How can I make it give me the month to download to my computer?
3. Do I have to go back to hand tallying less detailed info from being in-world?
I really wanted to do an end of the year report and I am so frustrated at all the missing data.
