Ok You say Live Help was over floading with Ims.Ok I understand taht. But to have mia Linden come on more then one time in a RUDE and not professional way of telling us to STOP Iming Live help just leaving me in a fit! If LLabs needs more Live Helpers hire them......I was very unhappy withthe way some of the otehr Lindens handle the stressful event. Not including NOT TELL THOSE IN GAME THE GAME IS BEING TAKEN DOWN! NO WARNING NO NOTHING! Looks like a lack of team work between the Lindens stall and LLAbs. Just want a know why this happen.  Update.Its almost 10pm game time and still we are not getting awsers..........Unlike some people posting inthe area. So of do care about the state of the game and we that care its not bitching. Lindens have not explained waht happened with this problem at all today. Live Help was flooded, and some Lindens lack the leader ship with they way they treated the people on sl.Ruddness is not what i expect from Lindens and or Live Help when we call for help.................... Please Don`t try to stand onthe SL world people and tell us They are doing all they can and its was one little attack.LOL it ws 45 min attack silly boy! Please use the topic area for useful purposes not trolling and then doing a person message saying crap............ Its a linden forum for feed back not for person attacts.......) |

The Live Help group is made of volunteers, not Linden employees. I agree we can do a better job of alerting people in-world when there's a grid problem, and will revise our process to make sure that happens. When there *is* a grid problem, the best place to go for answers is the Linden blog, where we will be posting updates on the grid status. The people who are posting on the blog are working directly with the engineers who are fixing the problem, and will have the most current information about status. |
