Kicked out of Orientation and Help Islands involuntarily

Someone who had not left Orientation and Help Islands was sent to Dore today following a message that the location they had last been at was not available.

They don't want to enter the mainland yet. They logged out as soon as they realized what had happened.

I posed the question of what they should do in Live Help. Guy Linden responded with the information that Help Island and Orientation Island are offline, and that they can do the O.I. stuff on the main grid.

This is not what they want to do. They want to be in Orientation Island and Help Island. They are willing to wait until these regions are back online.

Is there any way to get them what they want?
