A friend of mine had her account suspended, and I'm posting on her behalf. No reason was given, nor does she believe there was any reason for the suspension, no apparent TOS violations, and tier was paid.
She emailed support and has tried calling, to see if there was a mix up or if the suspension was intentional, but no response.
Is there a way to have a the suspension reviewed to at least confirm that it was not a mistake? If so, let me know and I'll forward the information to her.
