Customer Support has become much worse.

On Monday, I was trying to contact a Linden Via Live help and it took a good 2 hours, with a game breaking 20,000 people online, and only 4 Lindens on It took a long time. And it all ended with me getting some Macroed Responce to e-mail [email]support@secondlife.com[/email], and I don't even bother e-mailing them, I did last time, but I never get a responce.

What happened with Second Life being a pleasurable experience?

I'm so sorry support hasn't been better, Adam. We've actively hiring and scaling to meet the needs of a growing world. In recent days, there's been a *tremendous* amount of incoming questions — some of them on Linden Answers as you can see!

I sure hope things get better for you. I haven't been able to get to all the questions I've wanted to, so I hope expanding the Linden family will help noticeably. :)
