Lately I have noticed that sequential processing by chronological order has been changed. Is this due just to load or is there a bug in the system? This is allowing processing of credits to go into 7-8 BUSINESS days.

Stroker,
During the Thanksgiving Holiday the timeframe increased due to the holiday.
Regarding the sequence, normally the processing is by day, one day being processed before another. There has been occasion recently where we have processed multiple days at once to expedite processing. This may create a scenario where transactions appear out of sequence though they were handled on the same day.
I am unable to comment here about specifics regarding your account but I do believe I know what you are referring to. I will send you a seperate email regarding what I believe the question is.
