OK I read your policy and basically you have made the opening to not satisfy your customers who pay quite a large amount of money to have not one but 2 days unable to log into game... 24 hours is wrong due to the fact that the vast majority of us dont play 24 hours a day... we have jobs as well as sleep to concider... so for me since last night I was unable to enter SL at all due to the length of your fixing errors that you yourselves put into the game by giving us updates that dont completely work. But today I was of the oppinion that ok will put this behind me and cant wait to see the new improvements... which I do like... especially in recent months... but to have another day where I am unable to enter SL due to technical issues stemming from yesturdays update then 24 hours of non 100% usage passed at 3 pm est.

My question is will we get credited or will we get a Linden gift and an apology?... I am sure your residents would appreciate either.
