I am just curious, with all the money we (the customers) put into Second Life, why is it that the client cant be stable, in a year this is the worst its been, and before that year during beta it sometimes wasnt even this bad.
I know things dont happen overnight, and people arent miracle workers, but this is just pathetic at how much the customers, including myself, put into this game and we have lag, or database issues, or logging in issues, or crashing issues...
Quite frankly, im about ready to leave and go back to There, atleast their client is stable enough not to crash on me every ten to fifteen minutes.
And ive tried fresh install and what not, havent had a problem since the update before last, and i know many others are having crashing issues, lag issues, etc.

When there are problems, Herry, I'm always keen to help break them into pieces. For example, a specific bug you can reproduce--let's nail that by going step-by-step and move onto the next one. System configuration. SL preferences. Last stable version you recall. Any specific things you notice triggering a problem. And so on.There's a monster I figuratively dub "the lag cloud". It threatens us all because it causes confusion and pain. It punches Residents in the head so they speak in general tones, which is of no use, really. Just like a patient can help a doctor diagnose by explaining how they're feeling, to fight the lag monster, details and speaking up is of top priority. And crashes? Be sure to send in crash reports via PREFERENCES > GENERAL tab. Lee Linden has a comprehensive breakdown, Lee on Lag. I don't know what you've already tried, but good detective work is always a must to hunt down and assassinate these issues. Please don't hesitate to contact Support! I most certainly hope things will get better for you.
