Oh this will be a long and dreaded Post!!! About 3 months ago I purchased Land in a nice normal sim...so I thought! We began to build our future shop, keeping scripts and prims low. About 6 weeks into land ownership we would go out to shop, or pursue happiness in our SL. On trying to return home we couldnt! The sim would be full. And yes, the lag was so bad we couldnt build without wanting to pull our hair out. Oh yes, it also crashes oh....12-15 times a week on a minimum. Can't invite friends over either...Now mind you, we are trying to have a business on this land we pay $40 a month for. Not including the premium account. So, I begin investigating WHY...WHY is the sim so horrible? And find the answer...a CASINO!! gulp! 28 camping chairs and when you look at 'scripted objects' the red cross hairs are like...well you can barely see past them..its amazingly horrible. I contact live help and they inform me..only 40 avitars are allowed in a mainland sim. ERRMMM so this casino has 28 camping chairs that are ALWAYS full...and scripts that look to triple the entire script use of the REST of the sim. I call out a LINDEN to the Casino sight to see this....he agrees WOW this is really something else...let me encourage you to file an abuse report!!! And, also, let your neighbors know so they can file abuse reports as well. So, I spend my own time writting up a detailed note of what is going on..how to file a report etc, then go to each parcel and send a note to the owner. I also of course file an Abuse report. I wait patiently. and wait....and wait....and this is the response I get.

abuse report regarding what are commonly
called "camping chairs" in Second Life.

Linden Lab desires that the Residents of Second Life share all simulator
resources fairly. However, we don't require that Residents limit the
popularity of their builds.

We cannot limit visitor counts based on parcel ownership within a
simulator -- a Resident would have to own more than 3000 square meters
to invite a single visitor to his or her parcel.

Our staff are studying changes that would make "camping chairs" less of
a problem.

Of course, if camping chairs or any other system are used
**deliberately** to slow simulator performance, or to prevent Residents
from entering the region, that would definitely be a violation of the
Disturbing the Peace portion of the Terms of Service

So, the Casino has rights of the sim and I dont? they can use up all the sim resources or 3/4 of them and the rest of the sim gets the tiny bits of left overs to deal with? And this is fair on what level? BTW this person has the same amount of land I do....no more no less. There is an ENTIRE sim out there that needs resources and no one to help us. The Lindens cant tell him to at lease give the rest of the sim half of the resources??? Please understand this doesnt happen sometimes..its is ALL THE time...a constant struggle. DO I want to have to go buy new land? NO..is that fair NO!!!!!!!
