Ravenblue's client crashes, and she has told me enough that support wanted the logs of the crash.
How do we find where these logs are and where/whom do we send them to? We don't know exactly how reply to the support request, and we tried to backtrack it. Maybe help us re-connect with the support help person?
I'd imagine support wants her to cause a crash again and send those logs. Do we just use the default settings or is there log options that we turn on before hand?
