Do Island Owners pay the premium account fee of $9.95? Live help said no but I need to check. I paid my island fee a week ago and then was charged the fee for being premium. I've sent e-mails to billing Sunday morning and I called several times today and left messages. Now my main account is suspended and no one from Linden Labs will respond to my inquiries.

For all effective purposes, an Estate Owner must be on a Premium account -- because owning an island is owning land. Please contact [email]concierge@secondlife.com[/email] directly, you should have also been provided a phone number to call. Good luck.  |
