Hi Lindens! This is not intended to be a criticism of your Support Dept as they have always helped me in times of need. I once got a reply in 20 minutes but that was in the olden days when the number of residents and Lindens was about the same.

Are there any plans to increase support staff? I don't expect a 20 minute reply in most cases and, if I did, I would be calling 911 instead of Linden Labs. A 24 hour reply would be nice but a few days is fine as long as you can cure my problem and so far your cure rate has been 100% which is much better than my doctors. :)

Oh and by the way I loved MLK on the sun! I can't begin to tell you how cool that was!
