Where can I download LinkD.exe? Also can I use it on Windows XP?
Thanks in advance

Here are steps for moving your cache location.

Your C: drive must use NTFS format (open Windows Explorer, right click on C: and select properties to check)
You also need LinkD.exe from Microsoft and Administrator rights on your Computer.

Make a new (empty) directory where you want the cache to be, for example D:\SecondLifeCache:
D:\>mkdir SecondLifeCache

Locate your SL cache, usually C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\SecondLife\cache where %USERNAME% is your Windows logon username.

Move all the files in this folder to your newly created folder.
Or you can just delete them if you want and have SL create a new one (and download all the stuff again), but the SL cache folder must be empty.
Link your SL cache folder to the newly created one:
"C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\LinkD.exe" "C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\SecondLife\cache" "D:\SecondLifeCache"

Start SL and watch it use up space on D: instead of C:
