Hello,
recently i had abandond 2000+ sq. m. of land so i could down my teir
however, when i went to the "Land use fees" section of the site it wouldnt met me down my teir at all, thus i cant downgrade my account either, please tell me there is a way to fix this as i dont want to be paying an extra amount of $USD monthly

Hey Fion! Please make sure you're not making any group land contributions that might get in the way of tiering down. That can affect you too. You'll only be charged for the peak amount of the actual land you use during a billing cycle, so having a higher tier level by itself won't cost you extra.
What you may have to do is the following: wait for a billing cycle to pass, meaning your peak usage level resets, and then try lowering your tier again. If this doesn't work, please contact [email]billing@secondlife.com[/email] or call Support for help. ^_^ _____________________
