When will sim ______ come online?

Please let us know when sims ordered during the following time slots will come online :
0) before Nov 1st.
1) Nov 1st, within 30 mins of the land store opening.
2) Nov 1st, the rest of the day.
3) Nov 2nd to Nov 10th.
4) Nov 10th to Nov 14th.
5) Nov 15th.

How long would it take to get a transfer completed if both parties IMed Cyn Linden *right now* and gave their consent to the transfer and requested it be done ASAP?
