Can I have some clarification regarding how the prim count was adjusted and what the current land acess restriction are (there are so many exceptions for vehicles, temp-on-rez, etc that I want to know when I see something that is unexpected if it is a bug, or my expectations are just wrong).

The update states:
* Fixed incorrect counts for simulator prim usage

What circumstances were changed with this new counting algorithm?

Also, with this new version I am still getting the error:
Second Life: Objects in XXX are unable to be created because the parcels they are being created on are full. Notifications from this region are temporarily deactivated.

Even though the object is a temp-on-rez object. And the release states -
Bug fix:
* Temp objects can enter full parcels

So what am I doing wrong?

Also, there appears to be a new problem. Parcels that have set their land to no access, I am banned but can still fly over the land if I'm at least 45m above it (I assume this is an intended feature so we can still navigate, yes? And thank you for that by the way.). HOWEVER, if I send an object... to the same place I could travel to... it sometiems states:
"Can't move object to { xx, xx, xx } in region XXX because you are banned from the parcel."
Even if the object is hundreds of meters above the ground.

Is this the intended response for parcels set to no access? Or is this a bug?
If I can fly over it, I would like my objects to be able to as well.

Thanks.
