i cant see my avatar's face

how come i cant see my avatar's face when i am moving around?

This is because of the default camera angle, Melisande! You can change it to see your face by doing this: hold the Alt key, watch it turn into a magnifying glass with a +, and click on your avatar's head, then move the mouse around. See what that does? It's called Alt-zooming. Keep doing it until you see your face.

There's also a way to forcibly override camera angles, part of a set of scripting functions called FollowCam. A little more technical, but a FollowCam could be made so you walk and it's looking at your face!
