I am amazed that transactions that fail due to insufficient funds are not logged. This makes owner/vendor-customer disputes very difficult to resolve. I have a close friend that even lost L$81,500 because there was no way to prove a machine couldn't pay him due to insufficient funds. Instead of logging the problem, machines just fail silently and leave a mess for owners and customers to dispute.
Apparrently other users view this as a serious problem as well, for the recent feature request (http://secondlife.com/vote/vote.php?get_id=2234) quickly rocketted past the 500 vote mark after only modest efforts to spread the word.
Considering this should be a very simple thing to add, and would help reduce the number of inworld disputes, can you please pass this onto someone in the web developement / account management team and ask them to comment here on when such a feature can be included?
