I'm in a sim, it goes down.

You STILL don't have it marked as down, people can go in and they just can't get out or tp, only log out.

THEN they can't log in for 5-10 minutes.

Get your crap straight, really. If a sim is down TAKE IT DOWN AND LET PEOPLE LOG BACK IN.

edit: not just one sim but 2 now in the space of 30 minutes
