Transfering USD into SL via PayPal

This question was asked about a week ago and answered.

I have $1000 sitting in a PayPal account the has been linked twice to LL and am not able to transfer $999 to SL, why? Isn't my credit any good? The money is already in PayPal and has been for over a week. I can understand not wanting to accept my credit cards but the money is already there and you don't pay a service charge like you do with a credit card.

Hi Svar. You may already know this but I'm stating it for clarification. First, the page to Add Credit to your Account is:

It sounds like your PayPal account fulfills the requirements as detailed here:

Linden Lab accepts payments through PayPal that are funded from a bank account, Switch or Solo card, or a PayPal balance.

I contacted LL and received this reply:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Linden Labs phone support line today. I have
retrieved more information on your buying/account history, and provided it
below:

Creation Date: Apr-14-2006
Account age: 39 days

LindeX Buys in past 30 days: US$382.21
LindeX Buys in past 31 to 60 days: US$69.29

LindeX Sells in past 30 days: US$976.92
LindeX Sells in past 31 to 60 days: US$0.00

Therefore, unfortunately it appears that you will have to wait until your
account is at least 45 days old before being able to purchase any more
Linden dollars.

So far so good. Today my probation is up and I am again allowed to purchase L$ on the LindeX. However my PayPal account which has been linked twice is not allowed to transfer the maximum $2000 stated on the credit account page even though there is now $2069 in PayPal. What is the secret to making this system work as advertised? I have 3 seperate Emails sent to LL on various aspects of operating my account and trading on the LindeX including asking what my limit currently is. As you can see I exceeded the $150 buy limit and am not sure how much is allowed currently but could test the system by trying to transfer various decreasing amounts via a credit card. I would rather use PayPal since LL wont be charged the credit card fees associated with CC purchases.

so you can check how close you are to your limit.
