Restricting shout..or something?

Is there a way to restrict shout from other parcels from reaching into my land?

edit: I should also note that having read that shout travels 100m I'm wondering if this is a 100m radius, or 100m in the direction the person is facing? If it's a radius I'm wondering if there isn't some sort of bug associated with distance and water based on how far away I was from the origin of the shouts. It was definately more than 100m if the land underwater counts for anything other than tier.

Hello Serafina! There is a way to do it currently, but it requires the following:

Ban an avatar from your parcel via About Land > Ban tab, and their incoming shouts won't be heard. There isn't currently a way to block all shouts that I know of, but the preceding is helpful if there's a specific shouter who you'd like to hush.

And shout is a 100 m radius, as detailed here:
