When Developers Incentives were phased out, it was announced that LL was going to do something else to reward development and content creation (the wide array of it) in SL.

When traffic is phased out, we are told that traffic never did adequately reward development and content creation in Second Life.

Does LL intend to do anything at all to incent the creation of experiential content in SL? Could there be some kind of program to give teir relief for public spaces? Anything?
