You guys chose to have a meeting where not everyone on the audience could
hear the responses. What was the point?
I IM'd Torley and Jeska to alert them of the problems.. and other than 1
set of shouts, nothing else said by a Linden was heard. Spent an hour
listening to users ask questions and no responses before getting fed up
and leaving.
I can't say that I came away from the customer service meeting feeling as
if I was getting any customer service. "backfired" would be the best term
I could use to describe it's success to me.
Would you PLEASE think about who your target audience is for these events next time and choose some sort of a scalable solution?
