Somthing that worries me.

I was looking through the police botter.. and i saw somthing that rather distubed me.. very deeply.

I saw several events of password and invantory stealing that ended in a few day suspention...
Now i dont know if im the only one that worrys that this is a rather slap on the wrist answer.. I mean.. If they hack into a lindon acount or somthing im sure it wouldnt be a seven or fourteen day suspention right?

All these theives are just give and slap in the face and let louse to do as they please again?

Im sure there has to be some kind of logic here... but to be honest.. im just not seeing it.. but it does honestly worry me a bit.
