Ok - how come resident landowners with 512m2 now get a 300 av ban list and Estate owners only get a 63 av ban list?

Surely it's obvious that the likely requirements for av banning are slightly higher for sim plus areas than for sim minus areas?

So - when can we look forward to Estate tools offering at least 300 av ban lists?

Secondly, what total idiot thought putting a vivid pink menu-bar at the top of my window was a good idea? It's distracting, garish and very poor design!

So - when can we look forward to its removal?

We're looking into upping estate ban list # too. We sure haven't ruled it out--it's open for improvement!
