How to use SL

Sorry to sound completely thick but have just joined as Premium User and have absolutely no idea how to use SL. Firstly, does it work onn Mac? If so, how do I get in? How do I create an Avatar? Simply, how do I use it? I'm just getting screenshots etc after I log in. I can't get into the world!

To all you SL residents - thanks all so much for your help in assisting me with accessing the SL world. Not.

I posted a thread, over 50 of you have looked at it and not one of you has had the courtesy to answer a simple question ie how can I access the SL screen?

I am a fully paid up member of your world but can't get in. Technical support won't assist either.

Alter ego heads up alter asses it would appear.

I now do not wish to be part of your world which, by the sounds of it, is populated by Americans. Now that would be a horrible world indeed. Just like this one. Perhaps you can destroy SL as well.

- yes, Second Life will work on a Mac, although not all. For more details check the system specs.
- if you're having problems logging in it could have something to do with your set-up, or it could be that you tried to log-in during a period when there were system problems with SL.
