This is my second account, and it's basic. I was charged $9.95 for it on May 9, 2006. Then on May 12, LL attempted to charge me another $9.95. When that charge failed, my account was suspended. I wrote to billing asking why, and got the response that only your first basic account is free. I replied with the details of my previous payment, and my account was reinstated. However, on June 6, LL charged another $9.95 against my Paypal account. This time, since I had money in that account, the charge went through. Since I already paid the ONE TIME FEE for having another basic account, I would like to have my money put back into my account.

Hi Wannabe, I know it's not the answer you want to hear, but reactivating an account is subject to that fee. Please have a look at "8. If you choose to reactivate a cancelled account, you may be charged a fee." in:
