not sure if this is right forumn, this is where live help sent me. me and i neighbor have decfided to chare a center courtyard, to share eachothers traffic.
a question came up where who gets traffic count if a person is sitting on a chair that i own, and is linked to object in my land that shows as my lands object count, but is technically over his land
its not vital to business, but a question with how sl counts traffic, as avs location in sim, or if sitting based on where object linked/currently at?

Hey Danielz--I believe this one goes as follows, and this is a good question: traffic is dependent on the coordinates of where your avatar is actually situated, not the object's root prim (or similar situation). Using the example you gave, once you sit down, look at the top of the menu bar for the coordinates, e.g. Plum (176, 72, 33). That's where you are, and where traffic will be counted. Perhaps you've already seen this, but it's always informative to read more details about what traffic is, and how it works. Cheerio!
