And please, can it be a Linden that actually knows about the areas in question, not some generic response by somone tidying up the forums?
1. Why is the friends list, and IMs to friends, and TPs to friends failing, and what is being done to fix it?
2. Why are we still seeing Image Missing everywhere, and when is that going to be resolved?
3. Why am I still seeing game-stopping packet loss when the rolling update was supposed to repair this, and when will it be repaired?
Robin stated in another post that she sometimes loses the questions that are buried in the stories some write, so I am using this format to make it clearer.
Thanks for the time, if any actually bother to respond. To be perfectly honest, I am really disappointed in Linden Labs' current customer care practices, but I know that one citizen doesnt matter in the grand scheme of things. So I will be surprised to get an answer, and even more surprised if it isnt the runaround, trite canned stuff most of us usually get.
I used to have a lot of faith in LL, maybe you all can surprise me again.
