Search 'all' keyword question

Should any word I put into my land description show up when searching 'all'? Although furniture is in my description, and now even in my land title, when you enter 'furniture' into the 'all' search my parcel doesn't show up. All my other words show up such as sofas and chairs. Is it because furniture is more popular? I've managed to get listed by taking out a classified ad.
