A page for those who offer custom services

Have you ever thought of opening a page that lists residents who offer custom services and other residents can rate and review them?

Similar to your 'classified' pages i guess, but different.

The reason i ask is because i have so much trouble trying to find people to work on projects, eg scripting. And when i do find someone i have been terribly disappointed with what i received.

I wish there were somewhere on this site i could go, and it would show a list of residents who offer custom scripting, for example, as well as comments by others who have done work with them, a rating, and maybe list projects that the person has worked on. This way, i am more 'sure' of who to go with and i have a better idea of what to expect. If i go around and randomly look for people I am opening myself up to scams and poor work.

This wouldnt only be for scripting but anything that people offer customs in. Such as building and tattoo work.

As noted, many proficient developers have their own websites with portfolios and client listings.
