i had just purchased land in Honister (33.61.55). i was in the process of trying to put the land to my family name which i had never done before. i was told i didnt have enough land holdings to do so. The next thing i knew my land was bought out from under me. i'm awating a response from the person who did this, but so far i haven't had any response. There needs to be a better way to sell land so others can't just snatch it from you with no warning. i really don't enjoy losing that much money both L and real $. People like that should learn to treat others better as they really destroy dreams when they do this.

We're paying attention to all concerns like this under the keywords of "land swooping"--look for a clearer, more preventative measure to sell your land so you're informed upfront and it's bought by the right party. Sorry to hear what happened to you too, doesn't sound nice at all.
