Yesterday afternoon I was building this cool primmy tree branch for a RL client's edu project, while a guy doing a documentary about SL was video capturing me working. My RL mom, in Tiny warthog form, danced around there in the neverending particle flurry in the middle of my snow-sim homestead while she IMed me funny comments. I had the inworld music stream cranked up and sang along irl while I worked. Someone teleported into my shop across the covered bridge and bought a copy of something I'd built with an old friend (that was so fun!), a new friend IMed about a themed party coming up . . .
And I realized how *happy* I was right at that very moment and I thought to myself, "Thank you, Lindens, thank you so much."
But just in case you aren't psychic, I thought I'd post here. Happy birthday, SL, and thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Linden Lab for making so much possible.
