Where to go regarding failed L$ transfer

Sunday night I transferred about 29000 L$ to USD and got a message that the transfer was successful, however, there is no sign of the funds in either my PayPal account or banking account. Of course, the L$ is gone. I sent a message to billing support on Monday and got an automated response, but still haven't heard back regarding the issue. Where else should I turn to resolve this and find my missing money?

You went to the right place. I've copied the billing department on this thread, and you should hear something from them this week.
