Logon suddenly failed (can't get to support site to ask)

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has an answer for this. Your support site is down so I'm asking here. I was online and trying to purchase L$ when the system said it could not verify my information. I logged off and when I tried to log back on, my password (that I've been using all the time) no longer worked. Could someone have hacked into my account or is this a known error? The message I get is simply "logon failed" I'd be happy to also send this to support once your site is back up, but for now if I could get some general info here that would be great. Thanks.
