With the ability to still orbit and push in no push zones (See items on SLexchange), would push restriction become stronger anytime in the near future?

To be clear, those items claiming to circumvent Push Restrictions do *not* actually do that; they likely make use of other techniques to move avatars.
From what I learned from Cube Linden, for example, the "Caging" you may have seen uses the Havok physics engine; intertwined collision boxes all get sent in the same direction, thus providing a *perception* of being pushed -- it's possible a future Havok upgrade may fix this. Setting no-build on land will of couse prevent this. Also often seen is "Force Shielding" -- anything physical that the avatar's collision box can't push away, pushes *them* away. Repeating this over and over makes it look like *look* like it's overcoming Push Restrictions, but is infact different.
