Just hypothetically speaking, I know the owner of a small restaurant over here where I live... nice place, services cappucino's, parents and career people hang there with their children, it is nothing thoughtprovoking. Last week a neighborhood police officer walking in and asked something about scooters parked outside, how complacent and peaceful can you get.
Now imagine me stapling a huge poster of this place in a club I am working, and the RW club owner pays the SL club for that.
Did I mention that this cozy dutch shop sells cannabis and related products?
Is that legal? A poster in a club depicting a legitimate dutch business where about 10-20 different types of narcotics are sold and smoked. In the city I live this brings out parents with baby strollers. In the US it brings out swat teams with attack dogs, mace and helicopters.
More specifically: do US laws apply when a offer services in the context of SL regarding a business that offers substances legal in the netherlands but illegal in the US... If it's legal, what about the same service with regards to cocaine in bolivia? Kalshnikovs manufactured in afghanistan cashbahs? Bags of chemical fertillizer sold mail order? Can this come and bite anyone who is ... involved... in the ass? Where is the theoretical red line?
