**Nevermind, I saw some of your newer responses saying that you're working on an automated on-line alternative to the security questions. Don't bother with this post**
Hello Lindens,
I've been reading through some of these posts in the "Second Life Answers" area, and I can't help but feel that one recurrent question which you seem reluctant to address is why phone service for changing passwords isn't available immediately. I'm sure that a large portion of the SL community can't remember our security question answers, and most of us look forward to the weekend specifically as a good time to sit back and relax in Second Life.
I'm sure that there is a logical answer for cutting us off from SL until after the weekend... if nothing else, that the regular phone staff can't be reached on weekends. But is there really no kind of contingency for dealing with customers in a crisis situation like this? Maybe even to move other staff who don't normally deal with customer support to man the phones for a couple of days?
Thanks,
Kadre North
